Task Analysis for Benchmarking and Design Requirements (I) deliverable is out!

The AI-PRISM consortium has released its deliverable, “Task Analysis for Benchmarking and Design Requirements”. The document contains data collection, benchmarking the five use cases from the human factor point of view before further technology introduction.

The deliverable aims to identify the impacts of current processes on operators’ phycological safety. To achieve this objective, our team has conducted a two-stage methodology, one first step was video analysis of some use cases, and the second was data collection with the eye tracker for further analysis of the processes. Both stages were drawn on the triangulation of the task analysis, eye tracking data and interviews with the operators.

The document represents the human-centred approach of the project, with a two-stage method of engaging multicultural end users for robotic technology introduction in manufacturing. The methodology, results, conclusions and future work in the human factors and psychological aspects involved in each use case are part of the content of this deliverable.
