The AI-PRISM consortium gathered in Valencia on 3–4 December 2025 for its final project meeting, hosted by the Universitat Politècnica de València. The event offered an opportunity to review the full scope of results achieved over the past three years, ranging from technological innovation to human-centred design, standardisation work and exploitation planning.

The partners discussed the outcomes of the project’s research, the lessons learned through cross-disciplinary collaboration and the steps required to ensure that the AI-PRISM solutions can continue to deliver value beyond the project’s lifetime.
A central point of the meeting was the review of the pilot demonstrations, which have reached their final stage of development. AI-PRISM technologies have been validated across five industrial domains: furniture design, semiconductor processes, food and beverages, home appliances and discrete manufacturing. These pilots illustrate how the project has combined artificial intelligence, robotics and user-centred approaches to support safer and more adaptable production environments. The discussions provided a consolidated view of how the methods and tools developed within the project respond to real operational needs.

The second day of the meeting took place at the Andreu World facility, where partners were able to observe demonstrations of AI-PRISM solutions in an active industrial setting. The visit offered detailed insight into areas such as painting and sanding, where skilled manual work remains difficult to automate and where human–robot collaboration can offer practical benefits. Seeing the technologies in operation reinforced the relevance of the project’s work for industry and provided a fitting conclusion to the consortium’s final gathering.
